experience in the new home business, we are able to ensure that
each step in the process of building a home is completed to the
highest quality and standards.
Jeff Dworkin, the President of JLD Custom Homes, has been in the
business of building new homes for almost 20 years. Before
starting JLD Custom Homes, Jeff was a Division President for one
of the largest builders in the Metroplex. Jeff personally walks each home throughout
the process and performs an extensive final walkthrough to
ensure that each and every JLD Custom Home is delivered to the
“discerning buyer” in the most magnificent condition.
Each
home is professionally designed by one of Dallas’ pre-eminent
home designers. The interior finishes (cabinets, flooring,
paint, brick color, etc.) are then selected by a professional
designer. Brand name products like Whirlpool,
Kitchenaid, Carrier, Delta, Pittsburgh Paint, Hardie,
Kwikset are used throughout the construction of each home.
Each
home is backed by a comprehensive 1 year warranty, a 2 year
mechanical warranty and a 10 year structural warranty. The 10
year structural warranty is backed by Bonded Builders Warranty
for your peace of mind. |
